‘Bros’ Star will now play the role of dad, as Luke Macfarlan and Partner Hig are blessed with their first child, a girl. Daddy Luke took to Instagram to share the news of the arrival of his first child with Hig and also reveals the name.
On Wednesday Hallmark Channel star revealed on Instagram that he and his partner Hig Roberts are blessed with their first child, a baby girl last month.
Luke shared a series of photos and videos with his daughter where he revealed the name of his newborn, Tess Eleanor Macfarlane, and also told fans that he took her home on the occasion of fathers Day.
He also wrote a caption, “Tess Eleanor Macfarlane— Born June 4th 2023. We started life with some hectic days and received world-class care. On Father’s Day we got to take her home. Her Dads can’t wait to introduce her to all the remarkable people and the beautiful world we live in.”
Brothers & Sisters star’s comments section is full of wishes as most of his family, friends, and fans congratulate the couple on their new arrival of the baby girl.
Luke’s co-star Alison Sweeney wrote, “This is incredible news!! I am SO happy for all three of you!!!!!! Congrats.”

Luke Macfarlan keeps her life private
Luke Macfarlan had never revealed that he was expecting, and never talked about his romantic relationships. While Luke and Hig, share pictures together on their Instagram pages, they had kept their relationship in high wraps until Luke shares the news of Tess’s arrival.
When Luke was promoting his film, Bros, Luke had an interview with Page Six in September 2022, and the interviewer asked him about his dating life. Luke replied, “I’m not going to talk about that at all. I give you my performance and you give me my privacy.”
